SHIPPING TO THE U.S. IS BACK
I'm excited to announce that U.S. shipping is available again! U.S. import duties and fees are included in the pricing. I will be sending packages DDP so there will be NO ADDITIONAL FEES UPON DELIVERY. To celebrate the restart of U.S. shipping, I'm offering everyone lower yarn prices on top of the 5% cashback in rewards points and free shipping over $150 CAD.
SHIPPING IN CANADA
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - Despite the current Canada Post strike, I am continuing to ship orders using alternate carriers through Chit Chats. Unfortunately I am unable to ship to PO Boxes or rural addresses at this time.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Yarn Care
Q: Do you have any yarn care recommendations?
A: While my superwash yarns are "machine-washable", hand washing is best.
All yarns are rinsed and washed well, but you may still get minimal bleeding for the first few washes, especially with highly saturated colours.
For best results, I recommend hand washing in cold/lukewarm water and laying flat to dry.

A: Birch Grove Yarn is sold exclusively through this website only. It is currently not available for retail sale anywhere else.
Q: Do you reserve listings?
A: In fairness to all customers, listings cannot be reserved. All items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Q: Can I pick-up my order from you in person?
A: I'm sorry, no. Orders placed from this website must be shipped via the post.
